A cross between salted carob & salted maple, these cloudlike marshmallows are gluten-free and super fun to make!
gyro beef skewers.
These BBQ Beef Skewers are cooked in Dezi Cooks Gyro seasoning, and sprinkled with Murray River Salt Flakes for the ultimate Souvlaki perfection!

I’ve got the easy hack for the BEST Sweet Potato Air Fryer Chips in town.
roasted sweet potato and macadamia nut dip.
Think: A chunky pesto, but it’s made from gorgeous colourful sweet potatoes. Great for spreading on virtually anything!
greek inspired lamb cutlets.
I’ve given Lamb Cutlets a Greek twist, marinating them in garlic, oregano and lemon juice before charring and cooking them over a hot BBQ. Served with a simple Greek salad for extra points!
